Amy was out of breath as she reached the stone circle. Her brother Jack was already there with his weird new friend.

“What are you doing? You know we're not allowed up here, Jack. It's dangerous.”

“Go home, Amy, this is nothing to do with you.”

Jack spat the words at her and she stared at him, hurt and annoyed. Jack was her twin and he never talked to her like that. It was all Leon's fault. Everything had gone wrong from the moment he came to stay with them.

“It's too late, she has to stay now,” Leon smiled, “You both do!” The look in his eyes made Amy want to throw up. He was evil. Why couldn't Jack see it?

At that moment a dark cloud covered the full moon and Amy felt the ground under her feet start to shake.  In the sudden darkness Leon lit a firebrand and the flames leapt into the air, lighting up the new pillar of stone that was rising from the ground in the middle of the circle.  Leon was laughing but Amy and Jack watched in horror as the spaces between the ancient stones of the circle were filled by huge new stones that were erupting out of the soft earth.

“Amy, look!” Jack turned her around just in time to see the circle of stones fuse together to become a high stone wall, encircling them. They were trapped.

The stone in the centre of the circle cracked open.

The enormous snap of the stone boomed against the stone wall.  Their eyes quickly snapped towards each other, soon realizing that Leon was nowhere to be seen.   “Where did he go?” Jack asked with concerned eyes.  Just as Amy went to answer, the stone in the middle of the two twins caved inwards, bringing the stonewalls down along with Jack and Amy.  Hours later, they found themselves trapped underground between boulders.  In shock, Amy screamed for Jack, yet soon accepted that she was alone with absolutely nowhere to go.

Amy looked around trying to distinguish from her surroundings a possible exit. She staggered up dusting herself off and started to feel the crumbling walls "AARGH YUCK ! WHAT IS THAT ?! " She squealed as she ripped her hand off the wall and felt her skin go pale. She saw the glowing eyes of the group of wolf spiders " Oooo I feel sick ! SOMEONE HELP !" She stumbled away from the wall as she tried to escape the reach of the horrid spiders " I NEED to get out ! " Just as the words formed in her mind, she spotted a wall with an archway covered in vines. She ran towards the vines that covered the wall, through the thick tangle she thought that she saw a dark figure. Thinking it was Jack she ran towards the vines pushing them aside with adrenaline pumping through her veins. She ran forward to hug jack but to her horror discovering it was actually ...

Something that should never have been released onto the surface of the Earth, a creature from the deep depths of the world. With intimidating features such as its hefty snout, that took up the majority of its ghastly face along with piercing eyes that could manipulate the strongest of people. As I reached the door, its bony fingers came towards me as fast as a hawk going for its prey. I didn’t know what to do. It felt as if my whole world was about to end; I finally started to consider my fate –the end had come upon me. Frozen, I stood, mindlessly waiting for a miracle to happen. Seconds, minutes, hours and days seemed to pass as I stood waiting for the creature to terminate my life…

It seemed like it was years until I heard a familiar voice. Was I dreaming? Was it actually Jacks voice that I heard? I stood up hopelessly, walking towards the voice that could change everything. It was too dark to see much, but each step I took felt like I was closer to Jack. Suddenly a light flashed on my face and I saw Jack waiting for me. I was about to get to him when I fainted. I woke up in a totally different place though I wasn’t sure if I was still dreaming. I couldn’t believe my eyes; it was a unicorn that I had right in front of me!

The unicorn looked extremely suspicious; It’s face half hidden. When Amy stepped closer, the shadowed half was decomposed. Leon came out of nowhere through a path of red smoke carrying a battle axe. Amy then realises that Leon was morphed into the seemingly peaceful unicorn to attack Amy by surprise. Jack then lunged from the shadows grabbing Amy and sprinted through the crudely made tunnel. Leon –angered- chased them as he became a dark Reaper of souls. There legs pumped with blood and iron will; keep them going. They saw the moonlight shining on them from an opening hundreds meters high. Leon changed once again. This time hidden. Whispers of evil spoke to them, confusing them. The voices were coming from inside but also echoed around the walls. The stairs whirled up words endlessly. How were they going to make it up at least 60 stories high stairs? “Will we make it alive and see the light again?”

Looking around we see a giant red ugly looking smurf. He just stood there looking confused as a whiff of rotten cheese came towards us. We saw something in the distance, an army of dirty old rats came towards us. I screamed for my life. All I wanted is for my life to restart…

Amy and Jack paused for a moment watching the stampede of rats dart towards them before running as fast as they could away from the danger, the pair ran until they were greeted with a boundary wall which stretched for miles. The swarm of rats edged closer and closer, inch by inch, Amy and Jack's escape options were decreasing. "Climb!" shouted Jack before pushing Amy up on to the wall, she grabbed hold of the crumbling bricks and waited for Jack to climb up alongside her, but he didn't...

Amy heard a cry, she looked down although struggling to keep her grip, Jack had been taken, he was now drowning in a sea of rats, his blood creating a whirlpool amongst them whilst his veins exploded and looked like a ship falling to its watery grave. Amy was shocked, her face turned pale and her energy deteriorated into nothing. Despite this, she gained enough strength to climb to the top of the wall, she peered over, there was nothing... Was this place real? Was it a figment of her imagination? Was this place human?

Without Jack by her side, she decided to venture onto the field of nothing. Looking ahead of her she realized the field was filled with tall dead grass. There was no wind, no sun just complete silence. While starting to push away the grass, she fell to her knees realizing she had no energy to carry on. With the lack of energy  within her, she tried to stand up but stumbled. She just laid there for what seemed to be hours. Her eyes began to shut when she heard the cry of her brother, Jack. Then there was a blinding light....
