Last preparations

Hi hope everyone is ready and raring to go! I have changed the timetable when requested but I;m afraid I can't make any more adjustments now. Unfortunately this has meant a few days are sparser than I would have liked, and if anyone has contacts that would still like to take part please ask them to contact me asap - would be wonderful to fill the gaps. I have added locations to the timetable in response to requests and if you are having trouble contacting anyone please let me know and I'll try to help. If there are any questions or point you're not clear on again just get in touch, I'd rather hear from you now than on the day!!

I've received the two video stories and you are going to love them - very very different to each other and quite wonderful. Fantastic story starters and poem stanzas too, it's going to be a blast!! Signing off now as it's late, I'm in Birmingham and shattered but can't wait until next week ;0)

Does everyone get a video story on their day, or only if they asked to be in one?

There will be one video story that will run through out the week, as not everyone will want to continue it. If you are uploading a continuation please be sure to name the file clearly - paragraph 2 etc
